• Main activities and responsibilities in ERRA School Reconstruction Project
Check & Control on rates of Construction material (3 to 5% less than the market rates)
Maintenance of adequate stock & Flow of Construction material.
Provide central guide line, Planning & support function to logistics support staff for implementation.
Coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day material delivery activities in accordance with the established logistics policies procedures and systems approved by the RI.
Implement and update an excel spreadsheet tracking system to capture all deliveries to and from site, to identify source, date, description and quantities of delivered materials, and handover details from one phase of delivery to another.
Maintain project correspondence regarding supplied material deliveries at the site office including a log of correspondence in accordance with document control procedures.
• Main activities and responsibilities in WFP Food Distribution Project in Momand Agency (FATA)
Implement approved distribution plans in accordance to the stipulated WFP distribution policy.
As per directives from Project Manager, prepare precise, accurate and analytical General Food Distribution (GFD) reports - referred to as bi-monthly and monthly reports.
Work with Agencies involved in Logistics operation at camp level. UN-WFP, UNHCR, Food Advisory Committee and other implementing agencies.
Coordinated among Program teams to organized safe and timely delivery of goods and material to the field in line with the Program team’s distribution plans.
Anticipating logistics support requirements of Program by proactively liaising with program staff at planning stage. Work with finance and program staff when budgeting, to ensure that logistical considerations are recognized and costs attributed are appropriate and accurate.
Procurement; Receipt, Storage and Dispatch of goods; Transport, Fleet Management; Communications; Asset Inventory and Insurance.
Has managed the logistic staff, more than 30 vehicles and drivers and was responsible for the preparation fuel consumption report.

− Provided hands-on supervision and support to logistics support staff, to ensure that they are knowledgeable and competent in the daily execution and prioritization of their tasks such as the order requisitioning process, inventory and assets, fleet management, accommodation, security and communications.
− Preparation, modification, amendment of lease & rental agreements, fuel and vehicle contracts, case reports with regards to main and field’s offices.
− Ensured proper procedures for collection of quotation from the suppliers, evaluation of quotation and recommendation.
− Fleet Management including hiring of fleet, drivers, supervision of fleet control staff, generating fuel consumption report and allocation of vehicles to different departments.
