• Responsible for Operations for two sections (Scanning & E-Services), Keep projects on the track regarding budget, quality, cost, schedule, Scope& performance.
• Working closely with the Departments Directors to prospect, pitch & close new business.
• Organizing weekly team meetings with staff, directors and senior managers.
• Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve efficiency and prepare daily, weekly & monthly financial reports, which include cost, budget and expenses in addition to the required S-Curves and bar charts for both planned and actual figures.
• Prepare and control Projects operational budgets. Control inventory. Recommend effective strategies for the financial well-being of company.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
• Assist in recruitment and placement of required staff; establishment of organizational structure; delegation of tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules.
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage and renew operational plans.
• Participate in company & partners workshops, trainings & visits; in addition conduct presentations to the client as pre-sales activity for new technology or method implemented in the company.
• Follow-up the projects for the available & needed resources, materials & man power, and prepare weekly and upon request reports.
• Keep in touch with decision makers in the government sectors to maintain the growing and developing existing business between the company and these sectors
• Attend meetings with all our customers to support them for upgrading or choosing them programs.
• Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
• Write RFPs for government& banking tenders pitching the company’s solutions
• Create business plans for new IT solutions and partnerships.
• Prepare the needed KPIs diagrams for C-Level.
• Lead project meetings with customers & vendors.
• Follow‐up 500 team members (Developers, System Engineers, scanning operators, Indexers, IT technicians, etc.).
• Create & update Project Management plans (staffing, communication, procurement, risk, etc.).
• Create and update project schedules and create the required curves weekly basis.
• Prepare project reports daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly spending, budgeting & profit plan monthly basis.
• Analyze the partners & competitors used technologies & methodologies, and how we can enhance the business and increase return.
• Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers.

I was working as IVR engineer, implementing, installing and maintaining engineer starting from scratch up to giving training on the system after completing the installation .
IVR systems are voice recognition system which i used to build it by VB script programming language and connecting it to the SQL database.
I trained at compubase company then i started to give atraining on"office, VB6, windows softwares
