◼ Developed this strategic, national and unique start-up business, starting from design, construction, machinery selections, granting required approvals and licensees from related government sectors, testing & commissioning and up to the operation stage.
◼ Managed to validate and to secure the fund from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund through multiple stages of feasibility studies that was including but not limited to: (product & technology description, market study, business model, cash flow projections).
◼ Managed developing and setting up; the manufacturing and non-manufacturing procedures and policies including its implementations in the field.
◼ Factory had obtained the Foodex Saudi 2018 Innovation Award in an early stage.
◼ Managed the planning and execution of several internal projects that increased the production efficiency and capacity towards best lean manufacturing and exceeded the targeted sales in 2019 where it covered about 25% of total market share for “meals ready to eat” in Hajj year 1440 H.

◼ Strategically planned and analyzed the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project and reviewing all the project proposals.

Manager, Infrastructure & Secondary Utilities at Economic Cities Authority at King Abdullah Economic City

◼ Regulating, planning and overseeing Infrastructure & Utilities in the Saudi Economic Cities (where King Abdullah Economic City is the biggest Saudi economic city with an area of: 181 million m² of land, approximately the size of Washington DC.).
◼ Developed system, policies and procedures for Infrastructure, GIS and Urban Planning permitting and approvals.
◼ Restructured the fees structures for both Infrastructure and Urban Planning permitting services.
◼ Achieved the review and issuance of several infrastructure and urban planning permits for large scaled projects.
◼ Accomplished the process of study, coordination and communications to secure a Royal Order approving the proposed solution of; Construction for a Mega Project to protect King Abdullah Economic City from any external potential water storm hazards.
◼ Served as an Operations Manager for factories, residential buildings and shops (permitting, regulating & supervision).

◼ Designated as a Member of SEEP (Saudi Energy Efficiency Program) committee of government sectors, Representing ECA duties for the enhancement of policies and procedures related to energy efficiency in the Kingdom through regular monthly meetings in Riyadh.

◼ Lead Project Engineer in Mega Projects Department of Engineering & Project Management, SABIC
◼ Assigned to Ibn Rushd plant, Expansion Mega Multi-Projects (assigned particularly into two mega projects out of 5 mega projects) during engineering & construction phases, as a Lead Projects Engineer and delegated as an acting Project Manager.
◼ Worked as a key member in completion of those two Ibn Rushd mega projects by which I obtained SABIC Certificates of Appreciation and Recognition for each project.
◼ Led a team of more than 18 engineers (discipline, quality and construction) in each project.
◼ Developed, derived, monitored and controlled the Project Actions assigned to the project key members in order to meet with the target date for each action.
◼ Demonstrated proficiencies in managing Owner’s (Ibn Rushd) expectations and obtaining the acceptance of all constructed systems and ultimately the mechanical completion achievement.
◼ Worked as a key factor for closing most of the engineering and construction punches (snag list) through managing and arranging discipline wise meetings and engaging of all related parties.

◼ Worked as a key factor for facilitating the requested manpower for each construction manager due to the shortage caused by a new employees’ regulation ruled at that period.
◼ Managed the work for expediting the delivery of major Spare Parts into the site from different international vendors located in different countries in a short period.

◼ Appointed for a Due Diligence study, for evaluating a potential joint venture proposal offered by a leading US. oil & gas International Company to SABIC for an overseas mega project in USA, where a final assessment report been submitted and considered for the decision.

◼ Designated as an Area leader of civil works in “Makkah Holy Mosque, King Abdullah Mega Expansion Project” This project is considered as the Third Saudi Mega Expansion for Makkah Holy Mosque with a total area of 750, 000 m².
◼ Implemented more than 500 civil inspections (reinforcement of columns, bridges, slabs and walls as well as concrete pouring) and highlighted the required actions.
◼ Managed greatly the follow-up of performing the required rectification actions.
