Managing and coordinating design development within the RIBA Plan of Work, Stages 2, 3A and 3B for a £650M housing development (2000+ units) in East London.
Senior team member of JV partnership between Balfour Beatty Investments and Places for People on Legacy housing project within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.
Responsibilities include managing and directing architects, cost consultants and other consulting engineers such as Stace and Atkins.
Prepare and manage design budgets and select and hire architects, consultants, service providers, and contractors, negotiating cost-effective contracts and settlements. Plan, assign, and direct project design work to complete within stringent timeframes.
Recent focus on setting up the enabling works package for the next construction phase including, piling, remediation, utilities surveys, procurement etc.

Managed a well renowned curtain walling/glazing specialist sub-contractor, who were responsible for upgrading and replacing the existing glass/aluminium composite panel façade to a landmark Glasgow city office block, which formed a significant part of a £25M refurbishment program carried out by McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd. Now successfully completed, August 2019.
•Extremely challenging project, as the building was occupied throughout the project duration.
•Multiple stakeholders involved, as the original façade failed and various high-profile consultants such as ARUP and WINTECH were involved in the design and continually monitored the project.
•Succeeded in turning the project around and skillfully, built up a good sound working relationship with the main contractor and other important stakeholders.

Provided Project Management Services to British Gas Trading Limited, external envelope and façade subcontractor on a prestigious £150M Design & Build Children's Hospital in Edinburgh, Scotland.
•Façade included 15, 000 m2 of EWI acrylic render, Eternit Rainscreen, Rolled Zinc sheet façade cladding, Kingspan cladding panels, ACM cassette cladding to walls & soffits and StoVentec glass curtain walling system.
•Responsible for all aspects of project and site management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, contractual administration, cost, coordination and logistics management with other subcontractors and the main contractor, Multiplex Global.
•Achieved completion of all works, including O & M Manuals, Practical Completion Certificate and agreed Final Accounts.

Provided project management services to Stewart and Shields Ltd. on a major upgrade to HMNB Clyde Naval facilities in Helensburgh, Scotland. Full BPSS security clearance.
Building upgrade included, asbestos removal, new lightweight steel trussed roof, EWI to external walls, new windows/doors, full internal refurbishment including MEP components such as CCTV and other security enhancements.
Responsible for all aspects of project and site management, procurement, QA/QC, commercial management and coordination with the main contractor, Carillion Amey PLC.

•Project GLA of over 2, 000, 000 m2 for 4-Star and 5-Star hotels comprising 700 keys, 700 luxury residential villas, a mosque, retail village, beach club and 860 units of staff accommodation
•Head of a Project Management overseeing all phases from initial concept and design through to development and on time, on budget completion in alignment with required business objectives
•Managing all feasibility studies, geo-technical survey, Master Plan design and an array of individual building components to produce the final tender drawings and documents using BIM
•Conducting comprehensive cost management for the project as an addendum to the main contract at the specific request of the client
•Budget was dramatically reduced by Client and KEO PM/CM contract was rescinded, hence return to the UK.
