Lead the development and growth of Almarai public & business relation, builds and maintains the positioning of Almarai company according to the approved direction by the executive management and board of directors and set up the strategy plan of the public relations department, and initiate actions in the areas of public relations and communication, corporate branding, events management, Investors relations and corporate social responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
a. Manage strategies, objectives and annual budget for PR dept (13 Million Riyals).
b. Direct the plan, implementation and management of CSR program (20 Million Riyals).
c. Establish strong relationships with media, columnists (opinion writers) and analysts, as well as current and potential stakeholders.
d. Planning and managing of corporate events, investors meetings, roadshows and exhibitions.
e. Prepare and implement of PR plans for crisis management.
f. Act as the “Eyes and Ears” of Almarai to pro-actively track issues that might affect the company.
g. Ensure that all financial communications are in accordance with the company laws and Capital market authority disclosure requirements.
h. Generate effective editorial coverage, press releases, annual report, digital and online materials.

(NUPCO) is a national company with a unique structure, vision and functions. responsible for the centralizing procurement, warehousing & distribution of medical procurement and logistic for over 4000 public hospitals and healthcare units.

Job Role:

Set up the strategy of the corporate communication department, Plan and initiate actions in the areas of Corporate Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Events Management.

Main Responsibilities -

Being part of the leadership team and play a critical role in building and delivering the Corporate Communication vision to support profitable business growth.

Established Corporate Communication strategies, Structure, policies, and procedures to align with overall NUPCO strategy.

Developed annual budget for the Corporate Communication Dept and Monitor expenditures against approved levels to improve performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
