Employed by M2SYS in Yemen biometric Voter ID project as a consultant. My role in this project were as follows:
• Overseeing the Progress in the project and reporting to M2SYS Panel,
• Installing Database and Related Software at the Data Center for SCER(Supreme Commission for Election and referendum)
• Installing and Configuring TrueVoter Solution for the Yemen Voter ID Project
• Installing & Configuring ABIS (Automated Biometric Identification System) for the Yemen Voter ID Project
• Checking the performance of the Solution and Reporting
• Troubleshooting for the solution
• performing Training to the SCER Personnel in Arabic & English about the operation and troubleshooting of the Solution
Two-year self-employed experience performing network troubleshooting, diagnosing of troubles, monitoring and maintaining local area networks.
تضمنت مهام عملي صيانة الاجهزة سواء كانت سوفت وير او هاردوير من خلال التعامل مع الزبون بشكل مباشر و التواصل معه لمعرفة نوع المشكلة و سببها.
بتمويل ذاتي اخذت العديد من الدورات في معهد التيمت. منها دورة في شبكات سيسكو CCNA و دورات في شبكات ميكروسوفت 2003 MCSE و دورة في نظام خدمة البريد الالكتروني Microsoft Exchange2007.
