• Building a strong team.

• Make mourning &evening meetings &one to one meeting& sessions to develop the team members.
• Make the market analyses & the business of the team members analyses
• Maintain my team members.
• Marinating direct contacts with clients if needed.
• Recruitment process of the team members: sourcing, staffing, scoping, screening.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly target.

• Report to the manager at the end of the day.
• Maintain reports on daily basis.
• Keep two hours daily to calls the customers.
