Logistics and support as part of the PRM funded project CARMAH. Position includes field distributions, fleet, logistical support and security.
Monitoring officer is my major duty through main project that is dealing by medical drugs in whole governorate Beqaa
Support the coordinator in implementing awareness sessions in field
Support the coordinator with physical inventory checking in HCC level
Conduct and manage the reallocation plans done on regional level
Logistic supportive for the HCC on Carmah project level (posters, consent forms, and pillbox…)
Knowledge of operating database and national reporting mechanisms
Commitment to working to serve humanitarian needs in line the values of integrity, service and accountability
Performance of daily vehicle inspections according to standards.
Responsible for collecting data and maintaining accurate and confidential up to date documentation.
Support and supervise the regular attendance of beneficiaries in training and ensure that all activities take place in a safe environment.
Transport authorized passengers on their official duties, as well transport cargo safely and as instructed. This includes collecting materials from project sites and suppliers.
