 Maintains daily Transmittal records of Incoming and Outgoing Final Dossiers for Civil, Structural, and Fireproofing.

File room and manage the soft copy to the External Drive for safe keeping of the documents.
 Inserting pending documents such as as-built P&ID and related drawings, signatory sheets,
ICAPS punchlist and approved transmittal from client in each dossier required.
 Expedite RFI’s for final client review and signature.
 Scanning completed RFI’s and store in its respective file location.
