Missions Accomplished as Cost Control Analyst:
o Lisbon Audit Mission - June 2009: part of a two-member team that travelled to Portugal (Europe) to audit CMA CGM’s agency (CMA CGM Portugal) in Lisbon. Along with the regular audit were marker studies and negotiations with service providers to cut rates and optimize savings. The mission involved the recovery of lost funds due to: procedural errors, cost optimization and revenue optimization.
o Colombo Audit Mission - July 2009: part of a two-member team that travelled to Sri Lanka (Sub-Indian Continent) to audit CMA CGM’s agency (CMA CGM LANKA) in Colombo. Along with the regular audit were marker studies and evaluation of the effect of the crisis on CMA CGM’s business in Sri Lanka with respect to the region.
o Naples Audit Mission - January 2010: travelled individually to Italy (Europe) to audit CMA CGM’s agency (CO.M.AG) in Naples. The mission involved a regular audit on accounts and a strategy for cost cutting attempts.
