 Heading and managing a team of 34 staff and reporting to the MD.
 Entrusted with the responsibility of managing the Warehouse & Logistics Department and ensuring the flow of goods from vendors in an efficient, cost effective way with minimum interruptions to service.
 Planning, executing and maintaining the warehouse operation, and monitoring work performance of personnel with the warehouse.
 Involved in analyzing, evaluating and recommending on the development and execution.
 Upgrading and enhancing the computerized inventory tracking systems & technological modifications as needed.

Major Accomplishments:
 Successfully brought down the stock days from 60 to 30 to avoid ageing with effective inventory control.
 Achieved efficient space utilization for storing the Goods by re-arranging the entire warehouse.
 Instrumental in devising and implementing a new warehouse system WMS
