Manage day to day operations on all aspects of the company's services, contracts, and client/ sub contract relations.
Over all in charge of the manpower, utsourcing and recruitments.
Determine the services to be sold, set prices, credit terms based on customer demands
Direct and coordinate activities of the business concerned with the pricing, quotations.
Establish and implement policies, objectives, and procedures within the company.
Plan and direct activities such as sales promotion and improvement of services.
Review financial statements sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement
▪ Manage day to day operations on all aspects of the building facilities, infrastructure, services, contracts, tenant’s relations, and processes related to the facilities function
▪ MEP Head on all Operators Qatar LLC Projects in Doha, Qatar
▪ Coordination with the site in charge and client’s requirement and complaint.
▪ Provide professional advice direction to the client on FM matters associated with the sites.
▪ Prepares BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and contracts if required.
▪ Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI’s and SLA’s
▪ Site visit and involve in tender proposal for prospect clients.
▪ Develop a relationship with specialist sub-contractors and suppliers at senior level, to align operational and site specific goals.
▪ Oversees project operation to ensure facility requirements are met within budget, design plans for improvement and to provide superior customers service.
▪ Planning of manpower allocation, vacation and reliever for each site. Ensuring adequate staffing levels and work division, manages in house and outsourced staff.
▪ Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental requirements are in place.
▪ Preparation of PPM preventive maintenance and task schedule
▪ Attend reactive maintenance, Fire alarm or any emergencies.
▪ Responsible for handling MEP sub contractors (firefighting, lifts, water testing analysis, Fire alarm, CCTV, BMs, HVAC Systems maintenance)
▪ Enforce all policies and procedure .Investigate all complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve/address the issues for tenants
▪ Prepares report and submit to respective clients.
▪ Provide technical input for personnel evaluation of maintenance personnel assigned to the area, provides direction and training
▪ Planning of Manpower, material, and tools for various sites using maximo software
▪ Preparation of maintenance and task schedule
▪ Preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP works.
▪ Supervision of various plumbing works, installation of water tanks, toilets
▪ Supervision of various civil works, tiling, concrete works, demolitions, carpentry
▪ Prepare quotation for client, quantity survey of accomplished work,
▪ Computation of materials to be used on sites
▪ In charge of the safety of the workers on site and equipment
▪ Preparing report of work assessment reports for clients and consultant
▪ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and to consultant regarding the projects
▪ Prepares Bill of quantities, quotation and quantity survey.
▪ Brief all fit out contractors for all safety regulations of the building premises.
▪ Implemented customers required standards, stated and implied, in both internal and external. Using ISO and Quality Management System
▪ Monitored preventive measures to eliminate losses and ensured the implementation of 5’S and compliance of SOP within the process.
▪ Reviewed customer process specification and compared them against actual manufacturing performance.
▪ Prepared and updated production reports and improvements.
▪ Handled abnormalities and non-conformities and made sure that countermeasures were implemented.
▪ Monitor the process and attended to their problems regarding the process and non-conformities to prevent customer claim.
▪ Issue and retrieved documents, and retain for a certain period of time.
▪ Do the safe keeping and filing of documents within the section.
▪ Do experiment for new material and new machine to lessen non conformities.
▪ Oversaw and monitored the production, checked daily production report, and formulated recovery plan in case of production backlogs for Start up process.
▪ Analyzed process related performance indicators e.g. yield, lot rejection rate, plans for improvement actions consistent with targets set.
▪ Updated / prepared necessary internal process documentation (Work Instruction, Procedures, PCC Process Control Chart).
▪ Identified when a problem is occurring (or has occurred), and was able to discuss the nature of each problem and countermeasures with subordinates or a peer.
▪ Actively participated on good housekeeping (5 ‘S).
▪ Took necessary action or decision whenever is necessary.
▪ Act as a resource person for training and development of newly hired employees.
▪ Supervision given to Team Leaders, Sub Leaders, and operators
▪ Monitored the line of production, checks, prepares and issues assembly boards and circuit check boards for production model/change of boards where harnesses are being assembled.
▪ Updated Documents such as PFC (Process Flow Chart) and PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis), issue DCN (Design Change Notice) to the people concern such as Supervisors, Line Leaders and people concerned.
▪ Made and maintained in-house fabrication of manufacturing facilities and production equipment
▪ Verified accuracy of equipment and other facilities to prevent abnormalities.
▪ Report timely and accurately all self made and notified quality concerns in the assigned process.
▪ Issue and retrieved documents to process and people concerned.
