·Utilizes company-estimating system to develop bid package and follows company guidelines, systems, policies and procedures.
·Review cost data source documents (PO’s, Subcontracts) and similar documents for assignment of correct cost codes.
·Maintain project records of cost data for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources.
·Accumulate data for preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts. I
·Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance.
·Monitors work productivity against established norms
·Apply Company policies and procedures and Country labor law as related to manpower daily and overtime rates for forecast and future planning reports.
·Ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
·Monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and agreeing the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at completion of the work.
·To formulate change orders to existing subcontracts for change in scope and / or pricing.
·Assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
·Prepare of change orders to the prime contract between company and client.
·Research historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) and compile summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates.
•·Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
· Calculate various statistical data quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, equipment, and specialty items.
· Utilizes company-estimating system to develop bid package and follows company guidelines, systems, policies and procedures.
· Research historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) and compile summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates.
· Develop project update and bid package estimate documents.
· Maintain files of working documents for back up to estimating figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.
· Monitor proposed estimates with actual cost data.
· Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials.
· Conducts special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reduction.
· Consults with clients, vendors, subcontractors or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates, schedule work activities, and resolve issues.
· Searches published materials in support of senior personnel to determine bid opportunities that meet company parameters.
· Supervise performance of any assigned Cost Engineers and provide technical advice and assistance to the Work control supervisor.
·Conduct ceiling inspection and prepare budget cost estimate for the renovation and office relayout of the facilities and offices of Dharan Saudi Aramco.
•Undertaking feasibility studies of projects and assisting in establishing clients requirements.
•Performing early stage budgets and detailed and detailed cost plans.

•Attest Final testing and commissioning of Electrical, BMS, FDAS, Generator and Telephone system.
•Conducts in-process inspection of construction works, monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies and/or alternative materials which affects timely delivery of service. Monitors construction progress based on the contractor's approved schedule. Advises the contractor when, in the inspector's opinion, the work is falling behind schedule.
•Conducts above ceiling inspections, pre-final and final inspections with the A/E, contractor and using agency representative to verify completed work and proper performance of all equipment and systems
•Responsible for monitoring and inspection on the quality of electrical works of building offices, industrial facilities, medical and hospital buildings . Ensure that all electrical works are conforming to the specification and plans base on their contract and general condition.
•Coordinates with various consultants on design and construction issues and relay correspondence and documents for information review, comments and approval by concerned consultant. Coordinates with the utility companies for the implementation on requirements for their services.
•Conducts in-process inspection of construction works, monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies and/or alternative materials which affects timely delivery of service. Ensure that all RHLI Quality Management tools and forms are properly filled up upon submission by the contractors, inspected and filed accordingly.
•Evaluate billings and change orders of the contractors and other trades base on actual accomplishment and alterations.
Coordinates closely with all engineers of various trades /discipline as to the needs and requirement of the project. Monitor the scope of work of the Electro-Mechanical Contractor (such as elevators, genset fire alarm etc.) as per their contract and general conditions.
•Ensure that the proper testing and commissioning procedures as required by the project owner or the consultant is implemented by the contractor/suppliers.
•Attend weekly Construction and coordination meetings, PTG meetings & EXECUM meetings as to the call of the owner.
