› Development and implementation of Project Controls Processes, Procedures and Policies in line
with Corporate strategic objectives
› Design and deployment of Project Controls systems, formats and KPI’s
› Hiring, training and functional oversight of the Project Controls managers and senior staff

and Cash Flows along with strategic advices.
› Issuance and presentation to Upper Management of Business Case Studies with corresponding
recommendations

Supervision of 4 Cost Control Services with a total of 170 Staff.
› Development of procedures aligned with Construction group objectives and set up of Cost
Control standardized tools.
› Hiring and training of Cost Control professionals and assignment to Business Units
› Control of projects and business units Cost Reports. Compilation into Monthly Executive Cost
Reports presented to Construction Division management and Upper Management
