Payroll review and benefits administration of more than 33000 employees all over the kingdom.
• Prepares payroll of Philam Bank and AIG Credit Card Co. employees
• Ensure strict confidentially of employee payroll
• Takes care of all matters related to various government agencies such as SSS, BIR, HDMF and Philhealth
• Benefits administration
• Leave administration
• Assists HRD Head in Employee Job Evaluation
• Assists Compensation & Benefits Head in conducting in-house seminar regarding employee benefits
• Process employee benefits such as salary loan, car plan, philamcare reimbursements
• Assists Financial Planning Department in preparing annual budget
• Provide salary data as a reference for any management decision
• Prepares remittances to Philam Insurance (Life & Non-life), Philam Plans and Philamcare
• Handles all procedures for the opening of employee payroll account and to maintain & safekeep its confidentiality
• Prepares DOSRI report for submission to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
• Checks payroll inputs
• Responsible for the benefits of resigned/separated employees
• Supervises validation of payroll inputs
• Reconciliation of yearly withholding tax for submission to BIR
• Coordinates with EDP programmer for any revision or addition in the payroll program
• Checks inputs for the computation of other employee benefits such as bonuses, leave conversion, etc.
• Responsible for the Performance Appraisal Report of Personnel Department staff
Completion of secondary education.
