Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective document control system. Ensuring that all design documentation is accurate, up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties for efficient execution of mechanical completion, preservation and commissioning
• Work on PIMS-CMS (Project Information Management System-Completion Management system), a computerized monitoring tool software
• Maintain tracking file to enable documents to be viewed and updated easily
• Generate various document reports as required
• Prepare Transmittals to be submitted to different departments and to clients
• Ensure scanning and updating of all relevant documents in PIMS.
• Track the status of documents through weekly progress reports
• Liaise with Engineering Department for required documents to be uploaded in PIMS (e.g. manuals, certificates, drawings).
• Follow up with the clients internal team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents
• Prepare, validate and handover to client the commissioning handover dossiers.
Adeptly handle administrative matters including office administration, financial aspects, employee details and files, supervises personnel, managing calendars, planning meetings, composing documents and organizing offices for efficiency.
Duties:
• Supervising all personnel during operations and ensures that Company rules/regulations and policies are met.
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in the office.
• Conducting partial cash count and spot cash count. Ensures that allocated working fund is retrieved and well accounted for prior to closing.
• Managing customer queries, concerns, and complaints and offering resolutions to these.
• Handling incoming / outgoing calls.
• Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Preparing personnel daily work schedule.
• Validating authenticity/credibility of personnel's' Daily Time Record
• Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
• Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
• Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
Teaching students how to read, write and speak English in a large and successful comprehensive. Providing a classroom presence and contributing to the positive philosophy of the school. Putting students first by demonstrating energy, vision and creativity.

• Teaching English Language and Literature in Secondary Education.
• Tailoring English teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students.
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of English classes.
Proficiently interact with customers through phone calls in a highly articulate and clear friendly voice. Offers concise and polite assistance in a phone conversation taking inbound and outbound calls.
Duties:
• Answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions.
• Taking inbound and outbound calls for providing service and product information.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Accurately updating customer records with information.
