• Job duties include reviewing and analysing accounts to
determine correct reimbursement, processing and billing
claims, reviewing and resolving credit balances and
interacting with third party payors, patients and clients.
• Understands revenue cycle processes and how each area
contributes to account resolution and patient satisfaction.
• Works with various revenue cycle applications and uses time
management skills effectively.
• Works within payor portals such as EPIC
Understands payor contracts and can apply calculations to
resolve under or overpayments.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes,
including job postings, screening, interviews and on
boarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and
personnel files.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and best practices in
compliances with labor laws and company standards.
