Support HR manager in the implementation of HR objectives & polices.
Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes.
Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and prepare HR letters, certificates and HR related documentation.
Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
Monitoring and managing employee attendance.
Process leaves, return from leaves, terminations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and all other employee relations functions.
Conduct open sessions for employees.
Conducts Exist interviews, analyze the turnover, and recommend retention strategy.
Maintains and update database by encoding all staffing changes like new-hires, position changes, lateral transfers, grade & salary changes and benefits entitlements etc.
Providing employment references & Certificates for resigned employees.
Prepares reports and executive summaries, extracts data from the HRIS as needed for essential decision making by management.
Responsible for the screening and selection of candidates.
Recruitment including pre-selection, selection, short listing, interview invitation and all follow-up and tracking processes.
Candidate research, database mining and networking calls.

Sourcing of excellent quality candidates for all executive and middle management positions and coordinating and scheduling interviews
Handling the entire Joining formalities for all new recruits using Oracle Recruitment Module.
Scheduling and rolling out the Induction Module for all the new joinees.
I-Recruit implementation & Usage.
Handling the entire automated payroll processing coordination to ensure accurate and timely payout of employee salary and reimbursements through Oracle Payroll Module.
Ensuring adherence to all statutory matters thereby enabling the company to meet all the stipulated statutory requirements
Preparing and Generating Reports & MIS
Managing Employee Relations as well as all day to day activities according to the requirements of the company and the employees
Handling all the HR Processes like Confirmation, Full & Final Settlement, Leave Management etc
Planning and Coordinating Employee Engagement Activities
Employee Life Cycle Management
Ensuring smooth on-boarding of new joinees.
Induction of new joinees.
Handling Time Management activities.
Coordinating periodic performance reviews and quarterly appraisal system.
