• Provide customer support to resolve common business issues or act as the first point of contact and direct customers to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Brand Development. Critical decision-making on various topics such as brand
development, communication strategy, sales strategy, management of visual
identity, and social media.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the sourcing and
procurement of high-quality materials and components for handbag production.
