• Preparation of pre-tender and post tender estimations, quantity takeoffs, quotations, bill of quantities and value engineering prices.

• Preparation of quotations and prices for furniture, kitchen and wardrobes, interior fit outs

• Prepares drawing submittals, material submittals, technical and documents for project execution and completion.

• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust project budgets accordingly.

• Attend meetings in project sites and coordination with consultants and other contractors.

• Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Procure or agree the services of the contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

• Liaise with the with the client and other construction professionals working in the project

• Write reports, measure and value the work done in the project
