Accountabilities:

• Front-line sales.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer satisfaction with respect to enquiries.
• Apply offers and options for purchase to the customer, to include add-on sales.
• Managing customer complaints and problems, solving them to the customer’s satisfaction in accordance with company policy.
• Managing cash register.
• Manage stock transfer - inbound and outbound.
• Check and analyze product department data and reports.
• Manage stock loss prevention including deliveries and stock transfers.
• Process offers and place clothing and shoe orders.
• Maintain a professional image at all times in accordance with company brand values and marketing standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
• Maintain files and documentation in an orderly and systematic manner.
• Merchandising.


Skills & Experience:

• Retail fashion experience and service orientation.
• Effective communication skills - English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to demonstrate an aptitude for positive, upbeat communication and a desire to sell.
• Motivated and energetic.
• Ability to thrive within a multinational environment
• Highly flexible with the ability to work within a high pressure and high paced environment.
• Advanced teamwork skills.
• Ability to train and develop more junior colleagues.
