Unisoft.it SPA is an italian IBM Business Partner / Software House focused on ERP and financial products.
Worked in the head office of this company until it bankrupted, responding directly to the Group Technical Director and to the CEO.
As Project Manager for an internal conversion project for an ERP application (over 3 Million euro value) of over 7000 modules made in Cobol (over 10 million lines of code and 3000 db tables) and running on AS/400 to be transformed into a Server side application distributed thru internet/intranet java based and running under Websphere AS, responsibilities encompassed the full software life cycle (analysis, , specifications, conversion, test, deployment), internal and external team management/coordination, public demos.
As an added value, I was given the responsibility of being the Architectural Responsible for new projects developed with the technology used with NetERP.
Assistance\counseling\technical support provided to developers, senior management and clients when needed.
