As an Special events project manager my responsibilities were to;
Spearheaded the entirety of project from concept
development, aiding in acquiring local
government approvals, vendors, partners and
supplier registrations, Sales, day-to-day operations until
conclusion.
As an Project Director/ Manager my responsibilities were to;
Development, production, conceptualizing and delivery of projects/Festivals from proposal right up to delivery.
Delivering events and festivals on time, within budget, that meet expectations.
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
As an Account manager my responsibilities were to:
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationship with existing and new clients.
operating as a lead contact for any and all matters, using an extensive network of industry contacts to generate new clients.
attending the client meetings creating proposals and ideas for Events.
Ensuring all events and solutions are
delivered on time as per the customer requirements.
As an events manager My responsibilities were to;
Supervise all production process and monitor projects conceptualization to implementation.
It also included performing research to select appropriate venue, production crew, vendors and suppliers.
Coordinating with all internal and external officials to execute the event within the set time frame and budget.
Moreover, planning for all types of event and ensuring all local and state safety regulations are followed and considered while organizing any
events.
Retaining client servicing was as important as any other factors which use to help me understand the needs of the client and provide them with economical and best suitable options
At Abercrombie & Fitch my responsibilities were;
Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding services by providing a friendly
environment, maintaining solid product knowledge, assisting in processing and replenishing
merchandise and monitoring floor stock and participating in the year-end inventory
and cycle counts.
As an Asst. F&B and Events Manager my responsibilities were;
Manage day to day operations, Supervise employee activities to conform to established standards and policies.
Train and guide staffs in their job duties and ensure employees follow operational practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
Manage F&B store operations to ensure excellent service in economic and profitable manner. Managing Events and all production process and monitoring all projects from conceptualization to implementation and ensuring all the events are carried out in the set budget and maintaining the record of all expenses carried during post
& Pre event.
Moreover, providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to the clients.
