Program and Service Delivery Management for DACH enterprises: suitable agile delivery model, pre-sales, staffing, KPIs, invoicing. Direct reporting to CTO/COO.
Established SalesForce (FF) reporting and billing framework from scratch (reports / dashboards). Agile Coaching and mentoring, internally and on the customer side. Workshops for architects and other PMs.

Agile Transformation of Web Team (100 heads). Scaled agile framework, scrum workshops for teams / stakeholders. MVP: 2 scrum teams established and integrated in release pipeline.
Program Management for cloud platform and microservices layer (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
Product Owner & Scrum Master replacement for vacation / parental leaves of colleagues.
