I worked on the Barclays Windows7 and Citrix Migration programmes for the Corporate Cluster. The role began as technical PM with charge of 1 direct report. We soon identified the role as the critical path for all the corporate projects which lead to the addition of 2 more application packagers. I oversaw the integration of the corporate programme to the centrally run 'end user migration programme' (fusion), where I took on the Lead PM role for the corporate cluster with a large increase in direct reports. These included 4 PMs, 2 BAs and some extra technical resources. The following was accomplished through the lifecycle of this programme.
