DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultant for ELV infrastructure cabling, IT network cabling, Smart Services and Security Services (Closed Circuit Television, Access Control & Bulgar Alarm System)
Knowledgeable in Auto-cad drawing for any basic operation and perform drawing base on requirements.
Has possess strong Project Management and implementation.
Provide Technical advice to clients and PMO during Tender Process and attend Tender negotiation meeting for any technical related to ELV/MEP.
Review of Project BOQ comparison to Contract documents and project requirements and provide technical comparison and feedback prior finalizing the pricing compliance to client budgetary allocation.
Provide technical Specification, SRA and CONOPS for ICT/AV, SECURITY project requirements.
Responsible for review of Design Drawing that match with client requirements based on specification and Authority requirement.
Supervision of Contractor works of implementation based on intent design aspect and operational & maintenance perspective.
Responsible for review of Materials based project requirement and specification in each system field functionality
Ensure coordination meeting, workshop meeting, dispute arises during implementation between contractor and sub-contractor are being solve and guided.
Attending Client Progress meeting ensure update the status of implementation and raises concern to all related parties and sub-contractor.
Responsible in Electrical Maintenance such as Motors, Electrical Control Panel
Servicing, Lighting Panel, Switchgears, RMU Servicing and Oil type transformer
Servicing.
➢ Automation Control such as Diesel pumps, Water pumps, Sewerage Treatment Plant
using PLC controls through SCADA for Centralized control and Monitoring.
➢ Fire and Gas System Servicing and Configuration for new installed devices.
➢ Monitors and checks all pumps of fresh water, lift station pumps of fresh water, lift
station pumps of fresh water, lift station for sewer, lift station for Sewage
Treatment Plants.
➢ Generators and Engine support for Fire pumps
➢ Ups Servicing back-ups of all Electrical Control.
➢ Dome Axis CCTV camera maintenance and Servicing.
➢ Servicing of Sump Pumps motors
➢ Servicing of motor with centrifugal pumps.
➢ Servicing of Cone Crane hoist, hydraulic operated Gearbox
➢ Conduct Preventive Maintenance of Man Lift /boom lift Hydraulic Control
➢ Preventive maintenance of Fuel Bunkering Meter
SCADA OPERATOR / CONTROL Engineer
Royal Terminal Airport under SBG Company
Responsible in Operating Generator for 1.6 Megawatts capacity during Government
power Shortage.
Responsible for the Maintenance and Monitoring of Generator
➢ Conducting Yearly Servicing of Switchgears high voltage and low voltage, Draw-out
breaker, Air circuit breaker.
➢ Troubleshooting of Electrical parts of Engine and Controls for Synchronizing of four
Generators.
➢ Yearly Servicing of Oil and Dry type Transformer, ensure the maintenance standard
procedure been followed.
➢ Responsible of SCADA system Control and Monitoring, troubleshooting and repair for
any faulty circuit board of field devices and sensors for monitoring circuitry.
➢ Weekly dry run of 1.6 mega-watts generator to ensure functionality test is properly
conducted for standby purposes of power outage support within the Royal Airport
terminal.
