Managed the technical/ Administration, logistical and corporate Client requirements, on completing the project & materials requirements needed for the Oil and Gas Petroleum Construction Industry.
Controlling all Administration works such as Timesheets, Training Courses for employees, booking flights, arrange of Transportation to Site, arrangement of ordering of materials such as PPE mechanical materials, following up all documentation given by Senior Management and coordinate with Client Company QP Qatar Petroleum Personnel.
Supervises, coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records: Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.
Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications.
Ensure that all back loaded equipment and surplus materials is manifested with the current documentation.
Maintain an auditable system.
Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are processed accurately and maintain rental tracking computer system with accurate data in order to track equipment issued and returned.
Co-ordinate and manage the materials, equipment’s and consumables for the construction activities.
Prevent losses during the storage of materials.
Maximize the economic benefit of purchasing goods in quantity. Favorable terms and conditions of purchase of goods may reduce the price without affecting quality.
Material tracking table to be available enabling the construction and planning team to have the site activities under control.
Projects Involved/Worked: 1) Administration-in-charge and Technical Controller at Occidental Warehouse, RasLaffan Industrial City (RLIC) Port, Shipyard, Offshore Platforms, Barges, and Supply Vessels under Occidental Petroleum of Qatar Ltd.
2) Head Office Management Control for Administration/ Technical Coordinator for OXY and Qatar Petroleum Client
3) QAFCO and NGL-03 Project - in-charge for Administration and Technicality works for the entire project (Qatar Fertilizer Company). - Al Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC), Natural Gas Liquids Plant.
• In-Charge for the HSE Department as a HSE Assistant. All Safety Documentation I handle for the department internal and external documentation.
• Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving, document imaging and maintenance of document register for Construction Projects and/or Detail Engineering Projects. Role holder would be under minimum supervision of his superior.
• Receives and registers Client provided document for detail engineering or construction engineering project, including in-house generated document. • Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for detail engineering or construction engineering project.
• Maintains specifically assigned project database/s. • Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving. • Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals.
• Performs document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
• Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
• Providing Company Safety Induction I.D.’s/Cards. for newly joined employees.
• Sending HSE stationeries, packages required to all operational sites of Oman.
• Communicational contact with all HSE Advisors/ HSE Officers/ Site HSE
Managers, Senior HSE Advisors on sites, for their Monthly Updated Incident
Report Sheets.
• Prepares Matrix reports and documentation controlling for the HSE Manager.
• Update monthly safety statistics for the Department Divisional QHSE Manager.
Projects Involved/Worked: 1) Involved in Documentation for the Shutdown Works in Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries. Awarded “Appreciation Certificate” by the Company for handling good job.
• Handling daily mud weight studies tests from different mud weights, quality and formations comparison while drilling operations on going.
• Handling the right quality of mud being used, for the continuous service drilling operations. Other operating machineries such as shale shakers which are the primary base level on operation being used on Drilling Rigs, we assemble and give operational tests before deployment to Drilling Rigs on the Field (Onshore and Offshore rigs).
• Reviews fluids program in order to prepare orders and mixing plans.
• Writes procedures for mixing and handling of products.
• Gathers samples and performs tests to determine trends and identify contaminants.
• Training new company’s engineering personnel for preparation of work on actual rig sites.
• Manages product inventory to ensure availability.
• Monitors daily drilling operations to reduce or eliminate problems associated with drilling fluids.
• Maintains required environmental discharge and consumption records.
• Supervises rig personnel performing chemical additions and recording drilling fluid parameters.
• Recommends solids-control processes to ensure economic removal.
• Determines chemical treatments required to optimize drilling parameters.
• Determines cause of fluid, hole, or system problems to assist in treatment recommendation.
