• Managed $12B of assets and implemented 10-Year Capital Program funding structure in coordination with university
sectors and existing modules.
• Consulted senior officials on critical decision points (i.e. contract terms, project valuations, cost optimization).
• Designed and delivered quarterly and annual reports to Saudi Oil Minister, KAUST Board, Saudi Aramco and internal senior management. Reports focused on cash flow analysis, capitalization of assets, project close-outs, trend analysis, and future financial commitments with overall Operational Plan.
• Developed 10-Year Cash Flow analysis for $12B of asset replacement and future capital requirements. Analysis
and proposal approved and implemented in coordination with endowment management to establish funding for
focused research activity and city infrastructure projects.
