- Managed the scheduling and planning of the Planned Preventive Maintenance of equipment (PPM) both electrical and mechanical.

- Monitoring of all the work activities in the operation and maintenance (preventive and corrective) especially on the installation, inspection and repair of equipments both mechanical and electrical .
- Prepare and update technical reports on the preventive maintenance, repair, installation and inspection of air-conditioning units (chillers -35, 000 TR, cooling towers, Energy transfer stations (ETS) heat exchangers, rotating equipment, Low and High voltage 13.8 KV feeders, transformers, capacitor banks and generators)
- Monitors operational conditions and maneuvering the system through Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Building Management system (BMS).
- Handles and maintain the stocks and inventories of spare parts (consumables) of the Plant.
- Review, analyze and approved maintenance programs and schedules.
- Provide technical system and engineering approach to technicians in developing and upgrading their skills with accuracy.
- Undertake the use of AMOS (Annual Maintenance Operating system) to forecast, implement and record all work accomplishment, spare/consumables required for use and stock.
- Report to Top Management the weekly and monthly performance of the Operation and Maintenance Department.
- Monitor, develop and review the key performance of Asset management team.
- Manages implementation of Environmental Health and Safety compliance program of the company.

1) Oversee the operation, maintenance, inspection and commissioning of equipment (air-conditioning
units - chillers, air handling units, ventilating units, fan coils units. machinery cooling units : firefighting units, generating units, potable and sewage treatment plants. Compressed air units, refrigeration units and other related equipments.
2) Investigate and diagnose equipment failures and difficulties during operation, and make recommendation in upgrading technical solution
3) Implements EHSMS and other company legislated rules in accordance to relevant regulatory requirements
4) Reviews safety manuals for updating safe practices and emergency plans and procedures, risks and crises management incorporating statutory requirements and recognized international standards
5) Imposed strict implementation of the company and client safety policy, job safety analysis, project-specific safety plans and relevant regulations on any project contracted by the company
