Responsible and repair, maintaining all machinery and equipment, and replaced broken or malfunctioning components of machinery such as, bearings, gearboxes, motors, Gas valves, solenoid valves, relief valves, PRV, etc.
∙ Performed and installation, assembly and repairs, compressor, chiller, water pumps, binder tanks, chimney of boilers, and blowers with full precision and according to lay out, plans, blue prints and schismatic.
∙ Troubleshooting of chiller malfunction, like temperature goes down, referring of vacuum pumps, Colling water pumps, and Colling tower pan, performed cleaning and discaling tubing inside the chiller.
Troubleshooting of boiler malfunctioning, like abnormal firing, ang burner mis firing, and performed refers and replaced some defected parts in boiler accessories or components and calibration of gas relief valve, pressure reducing valve, and etc.
∙ Monitoring efficiency of production machinery to insure they don't suffer breakdown during production operation, and analyzed the current condition on a consistent basis to make strategic changes, adjustment and Major overhaul as needed.
∙ Minimized and eliminated chiller downtime and AHU equipment malfunction by maintaining all equipment/machinery, forecasting potential issues, and troubleshooting issues to consistent deliver proactive resolution.
∙ Responsible for troubleshooting of boiler, chiller and malfunction refers or replaced some defected or broken components, and updating of water treatment chemical in both water cooling and chilled water by documentation.
∙ Performed of machinery modification if it is needed, and perform metal Fabrication's and welding, and plumping.
∙ Performed house keeping in area of responsibility, to secure and cohesive working environment, and sharing best practices, participating in safety meeting/emergency response activities.
∙ Fabrication modifications of accessories in Plant machinery and equipment if necessary and perform welding, Facbriaction of Screw conveyor, Plat belt frame conveyors, build up welding deformed shaft and empeller etc.
∙ Provide assistance in all mechanical process controls and troubleshoot all production plant Equipment to ensure safety, quality; production and maintenance requirement are achieved. .
∙ Carries out the corrective maintenance and defect repair of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment indicated by regular productive. Includes checking equipment to locate faults, determining the faults and the appropriate method of repair, and carrying out or directing repair work.
∙ Carries out routine, preventive and predictive maintenance checks and tests on machinery and equipment according to schedules, check lists and specific equipment requirements.
Repairs and/or replaces defective parts, reassembles overhauled equipment and carries out necessary tests and performance monitoring upon start-up.
∙ Includes taking correct measurements of clearance, tolerance and alignment within acceptable limits using a wide range of precession instruments such as laser optic equipment, gauges and techno-meters, and reporting to Supervisor where readings are outside tolerable limits.
∙ Determines in conjunction with Supervisor, where major equipment or sub-assemblies have to be removed to the Workshop for major repairs or overhaul and carries out repair or replacement before reassembling.
∙ Truobleshoot of hydraulic system and pneumatic system in roll up machine and micro wave oven, and repair or replaced of all defective component parts.
∙ Furnace daily monitor of bubler cooling and daily checklist, and servicing of furnace & foreheart gas burner nozzle and on stream tests to ensure proper operation, satisfy himself of correct alignment, checks temperature readings at each stage and hands over repaired unit to operations personnel.
∙ Troubleshooting & Overhauling of Fiberizer and maintaining the running condition of 6 units and perform cement of refractory.
∙ Dis assemble and assemble and Repair of Gearbox, Gear motor, Water pumps, Industrial pan & Blowers, Bearing, Seal or packing.
∙ Installation of Plant piping such as water, Air chemical and Gas pipe line & repair/replace of pipe leaks, damage and removing clogging line.
∙ Performs some Plant mechanical Facilities
∙ Lead routine shift Mechanic to support production operation
∙ Follow all required work safe practices, This would inclode lockout-tagout requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designeted areas, confined spaced safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Inspect and examine of machinery and equipment to detect and investigate of irregularities and malfunction.

Repairing conveyors both Plat belt, screw, pintel chain, roller and drag chain conveyors.
Repair and Replace Gearbox, Gear motor, Water pumps, Industrial pan & Blowers, Bearing, Seal or packing.
Maintain running condition of 4 units Raw Mill, 6 units Crusher and 4 units Kiln.
Adhere to all safety systems and practice ensures that all safety measures for production lines are in place.
Routine mechanic or support dayshift and nightshift production operation.
Maintain a clean work environment, including all related equipment and tools.
Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunction.
Perform everyday checklist of machinery and equipment.
Fabrication of Sardines machinery accessories and equipment.
Repair and replace the defective gearboxes, water pumps, vacuum pump, Industrial pan and blowers, bearings, seal, packing.
Clean and perform housekeeping before and after of work on machinery.
Trouble shooting of hydraulic & pneumatic system and repair & servicing of accessories such as hydraulic pumps, directional or control valve, check, relief valve and cylinders.

Maintain a clean work environment, including all related equipment and tools, as outlined on the Sanitation procedure.
Maintain the running condition of Kiln Dryer.
