• Played a vital role as an Officer in Charge for the Onboarding team in the absence of the team leader and manager. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing the on-boarding processes for specific tasks like Task traffic controller (3P, Content, AM, BD, MP Sellers), Product Edits, Discounts, Offer Adjustment, and Add Offers (Marketplace).
• Instrumental in decision making on quality analysis issues with reference to editing and developed an eye for detail and a good sense of discretion on what is intended to be retained unedited, tone of content, and top quality deliverance.
