Managing a Huge Master Plan, the GCC region.
• Hotel 150 keys in Abu Dhabi
• Residential buildings, Villas and Town Houses, Total Area 200, 000 GFA
• Multipurpose entertainment park that includes ampheater, arena, retail and green park with a mixture of outdoor-indoor activities. Client vision to maintain green areas.
• Huge Master Planning in the Middle East, working from Dubai office to Manage project time line deliverables, schedule, time frame. The project itself consist of entertainment park, water park, small arena, massive green park and residential buildings. 2024
Project Design Manager and 700, 000m2 built up area. Management Team located in Moscow, Architectural team located in Istanbul, Turkey. Project under construction in Moscow.
I'm managing project delivery from Detail Design submissions by Engineers Architects and Interior Design up to main contractor and sub contractors.
Strong understanding for all project life cycles.
Managing project execution (construction) for various difficult technical areas.
Negotiating necessary modification to project between main contractor and consultants.
All concrete works already finished on site.
Project height at the moment over 200m in height already built, four Towers in parallel.
I'm ensuring a quality control for all work submitted to client. I'm advising teams on necessary modifications.

Project description:
*High-end High Rise Residential towers currently being developed. For a major real estate company, a complex high-end residential towers, with a large underground car parking that connects the entire project together. towers varies in height from 40 up to 60 Levels.
*Project currently under construction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Liaise with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors.
Provide high level liaison with Clients and Client’s representatives.
*Coordinate closely with client to develop project execution strategy and KPIs to monitor implementation of the same.
*Coordinate with Project Director to finalize project budgets, plans and delivery schedules.
*Coordinate with Project Director, Chief Technical Officer and HR Director to staff the project team in a timely manner.
*Coordinate with various project team managers to finalize quality, cost, and time goals for project.
*Support Project Director on feasibility studies and risk plans for project.
*Drive the engagement and management of consultants and contractors.
*Establish KPIs for consultants and contractors and monitor the same.
