Preparation, control and updating schedules (Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, 4 week look ahead, Critical pass, detailed analysis, forecast, etc.), participate in negotiations with subcontractors. Responsible and control all Project Controls functions on the project, Coordinate logistic, procurement, contract and financial control;
Coordinate all Company`s and Contractor`s activities, Schedules and cost control and reporting, Risk assessment, site survey, make sure that all activities are carried out in respect with the Project applicable HSE Standards and requirements, business plan preparation
Coordinate all Company`s and Contractor`s activities, Schedules and cost control and reporting, tracking KPI`s on monthly basis, Risk assessment, site survey, preparation documents for tenders, assist and support engineers in execution works, make sure that all activities are carried out in respect with the Project applicable HSE Standards and requirements, business plan preparation
Supervision of 7 people;
Responsible for all Project Controls functions on the project,
including planning, schedule and estimate development, reporting, cost / schedule analysis, deviation control, and forecasting; Implement project - Work Breakdown Structure; Assist junior/intermediate Specialists in the execution of their work; provide coaching and mentoring support; liaise with Project Management and with Client when and where needed; business plans preparation, Track to Achieve main KPI’s on monthly basis, participate in negotiations with subcontractors, participation in tendering, Develop fully integrated schedules/cost control programs, serve as Control Team Leader on small projects and provide direct supervision to a small team of Project Controls personnel;

Developed and Controlled Project-specific Project Planning & Scheduling; Developed Project specific Progress Reporting Procedures for weekly and monthly progress reports; Developed and Controlled Proposal Schedule; Developed and Controlled Project Schedule covering all phases of the project; Update and analyze Project Schedule; Prepare and present Project status during management review meetings; review and finalized Vendor, Sub Contractor Schedules; Coordinate with Client Planning Engineer for Project control aspects; Coordinated with construction Planning Engineer for Construction site activities; Prepared the Plan of Operation for the next year; Developed and Controlled process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams & checked design or rating of equipment and apparatus such as heat exchangers, vessels, reactors, etc;

Advanced Maintenance Planning Course, internship in Karachaganak Plant. All courses were in English language.
