Organize and schedule appointments, Communicate with clients regarding order status and other relevant information and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction while verifying order information, pricing, and discounts and lastly, writing and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
Monitoring daily time record of interns attendance and absences, assisting in job posting through LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting sites. Assisting in office events such as sports fest, trainings and team buildings and data entries in HRIS (Sprout HR), while arranging and managing 201 Files (Scanning and Filing), Handling onboarding process of new interns, ADHOC task requested by the HR Manager
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas where improvements can be made, assess agent performance, evaluate/score each call transaction and provide report as per clients standard, provides feedback to call center team leaders and developing and maintain a filing system Submit and reconcile expense reports while maintaining office supplies inventory for the team
Maintaining all areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times, providing professional and constant communication to customers Invoicing portal, address and settle payments with clients, provide timely updates to customers on shipment status and maintaining proper documentation of transactions, receipts, and customer records related to payments
Provide basic and accurate information to the customer, keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction while coordinating communication and responsible for answering incoming calls / customers inquiries & entering information into a database
