• Selected and aim to provide 101 training sites for the 2018 FIFA World Cup
• Produced Functional, Operational and Material plans for the project

• Organised and presently lead cross-functional integration of the project with internal and exteranal stakeholders
• Set up and now run the Team base camp online catalogue (www.tbc-russia2018.com)
• Extra scope: adapted Fifa Fan Fest manual, set up and ran Team Services desk at the Preliminary Draw, currently coordinate Pitch management cross-functional team
• Preliminary Draw operations and the online catalogue were considered “outstanding” by FIFA; functional electronic catalogue was created for the first time in history of the World Cups. Currently the Training Sites project is over 12 months ahead of the schedule of the previous FIFA World Cup

Management work:

• Managed a department of 150 full-time staff and 2500 volunteers
• Made final decisions on staff hiring and venue allocation in the coastal cluster
• Created management plan for the department, analysis and feedback system for the team to maintain democratic environment, flexibility and control
• Communication and maintaining flow of information within my department and to external third parties
• Weekly training and mentoring weekly sessions for EVS venue managers

Planning and operations:

• Planned and supervised operations in spectator zones at 11 Olympic and Paralympic venues (including but not limited to: access control, zoning, crowd management, queues, marshaling and stewarding) - from 40K to 120K spectators daily
• Presented and protected theoperational plans to the International Olympic Committee, Federal Security Service, Olympic Broadcast Service
• Negotiated temporary infrastructure placement and installation with logistics, contractors and suppliers.
• Produced recommendations on venue improvement in accordance with safety regulations and operational requirements
• Planned and delivered Sochi 2014 operations for the Athletes’ parades - over 10 functional areas (200 staff) and 6 venues involved
• Created operational plan for overnight access control with police
• Successfully ran all the event services operations on ceremonies nights from event control room
• Negotiated Event services involvement and operations at test events with sports federations
• Developed crowd management and security strategy for the Ceremonies with the police

• Worked on the awareness campaign and educational presentations (internally and externally with media, city administration, National Olympic Committee)
• Controlled and approved Partners’ activation programmes that used of Sochi intellectual property assets. Advised on maximizing of efficiency for brand activation.
• Developed and delivered a number of focused educational presentations and supporting materials, including a Live site video
• Co-organised anti-counterfeit operation in the cities of Krasnodar and Sochi with police, prosecutor’s office and regional administration
