Major Responsibilities

Reporting Line: Reporting to Chief Technical Officer on a daily basis.
Major Responsibilities
• Identifying new sales leads.
• Pitching products and/or services.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential market.
• Contacting potential clients and negotiating or renegotiating via email or phone to establish rapport, good relationship and set up meetings.
• Attending conferences, seminars and events.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and services.
Reporting Line: Reporting to Chief Technical Officer on a daily basis.
Sales & Marketing
• Responsible for promoting the company’s luxurious NuSilk™ carpets and bespoke rugs to clients.
• Collaboration with architects and interior designers, contractors, luxury yacht manufacturers and high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis.
• Managing the commercial strategy of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Has tough experience in terms of budget flexibility for Clients with budget constraints.
• Monitors projects, sales, planning, forecasting, trend analysis, market trend, competitive analysis and taking corrective measures.
Client Negotiation
• Consistent follow-up with clients through phone calls & emails with leads on a daily basis
• Ensuring that the customer receive an exceptional standard of service.
• Building and keeping good customer/client relationship through giving second to none quality service.
• Visiting clients on a regular basis and updating them on the continuous improvement of the company products and services.
Sales Presentation
• Introduction of the company’s services to some of the world’s most prominent businesses in the luxury sector including high-end developers, super yacht manufactures, boutiques and luxury global retailers.
• Has strong background in all kinds of product/services presentations.
• Updating new and existing clients on new and improved company products and services.
Reporting Line: Reporting to Managing Director on a daily basis.
Major Responsibilities
• Ensures that Globe Telecom will be the preferred network provider for the Province of Tarlac through LGU partnerships for their festivals/fiestas.
• Achievement of target sim card activations per month and mo2 RR.
• Supervises, monitors and trains a minimum of 30 sales agents that sells Globe prepaid sim cards directly to subscribers.
• Maintaining of current subscribers by providing enticing promos.
• Acquisition of new subscribers through direct to subscriber sim selling.
Reporting Line: Reporting to Area Sales Head on a daily basis.

• Handles Tarlac City and Capas area (Province of Tarlac).
• Caters level 3 operations (sari-sari stores) in the assigned areas.
