• Involved in Human Resources Operations and Group Level Recruitment activities. • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. • Active participation in various employee engagement activities to create a fun filled and positive working environment. • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances • Managing Master Employee Data, Recruitment and Interview Data, addition and deletion of medical insurance, Medical Licenses (DHA & MOH) for group level employees, Enrolling and maintaining Biometrics records, maintaining employee leave records. • Monthly Attendance Data preparation for payroll processing from SQL based attendance management system. • Giving inputs at strategic level for Manpower planning and organization restructuring. • Provide HR policy guidance. • Preparing and processing of full and final settlements for exit employees • Actively involved in Group Level Recruitment (Hiring Physicians, Medical Staff, Managerial and Non-Managerial Positions). • Coordinating with the PR Department for Employment visa, Contractual formalities (New, Renewal or cancellation), work permit, MOH license (Ministry of Health) and DHA (Dubai Health Authority), Medicals and visa stamping process. • Redefining the orientation program and scheduling induction for the new recruits providing joining formalities, Job Description based trainings across all stakeholder departments and inter department introductions. • Preparing and distribution of certificate on employee request like (NOC, Salary Transfer Letters, Salary Certificates, Experience letters of exit employees)
• Actively involved in Clinical Division Recruitment (Hiring Physicians, Medical Staff and Non-Managerial Positions). • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels. • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits. • Market Mapping, Mass Emailing, Cold calling, Head hunting, Shortlisting, Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the interview panel. • Creating a network through different Portals, Internal references and walk in candidates. • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion. • Coordinating with the PR Department for Employment visa, Contractual formalities (New, Renewal or cancellation), work permit, MOH license (Ministry of Health) and DHA (Dubai Health Authority), Medicals and visa stamping process. • Scheduling induction for the new recruits providing joining formalities, orientation programs, Job Description based trainings across all stakeholder departments and finally Core department introductions. • Performing HR administrative task for onboarding. Well versed with V-serve ERP System and Maintaining Employee File. • Maintaining Recruitment and Interview Data, addition and deletion of Medical Licenses (DHA & MOH), Enrolling and maintaining Biometrics records. • Involved in recruitment vendor management, sharing timely requirements and feedbacks to fulfill recruitment targets and requirements. • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment event
