I am working as Senior Business development in Users Affairs Department with responsibilities as below :
• Lead the transformation of complaints management to customer care.
• Lead the transformation and execution to merge complaints of Telecom, Postal and Logistic
services to be one unit and unified operation model including process and procedures.
• Build & Develop strategies and KPI's of Users Affairs Department.
• Enhance and maintain strong the relations with partners.
• Lead development of the complaints process guidelines.
• Ensure the compliance is alignment with CITC strategies
