Duties & Responsibilities:
•Planning (Design and Review Base Line Schedules).
•Follow up Executing and arrange site meetings with both Client and main contractor.
•Follow up all of the materials, fabrication, istallation and erection.
•Preparation of consultants Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
•Co-ordination between different contractors according to the priority of milestones.
•Preparation of one (week & month) lookahead, and follow up progress.
•Assign resources and calculate productivity.
•Update Schedule to compare between actual with planned, and develop mitigation and revised.
•Develop detailed schedules to submit to site staff.
•Develop progress drawings to show the status in the site.
•Claim Analysis (preparation / review).
•Assessment the extension of time (EOT).
•Participate in contract administration.
•Review/approve subcontractor's work programs submissions.
•Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the work programs.
•Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.

High Rise Buildings (Residential & Hotels) / Malls / Mussala / Electric Substation / Roads and Tunnels / Landscape / Chillers
(Infrastructure and Associated works / Earth Works by Blasting Materials / Civil Works / MEP / Internal and External Finishes / Landscape)
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Planning (Design of Master and Base Line Schedules).
•Follow up Executing and arrange site meetings with both Consultant and Subcontractors.
•Follow up all of the materials, fabrication and erection.
•Preparation of consultants Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
•Preparation of one (week & month) lookahead, and follow up progress.
•Assign resources and calculate productivity.
•Update Schedule to compare between actual with planned, and develop revised.

•Generate critical milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the Design Manager, Design Team, evaluation of interfaces between buildings/infrastructure etc.
•Consolidation and Presentation of Consultants weekly reports.
•Submit payment certificates to consultant and owner according to progress.
•Receiving the technical drawing and responsible for documentation system (Expedition program).
