- Work with managers to set objectives for their subordinates
- Assist managers in mid-year objective re-alignment
- Insure a proper communication between managers and employees in regards to objective setting and performance evaluation
- Solve any problems that managers might have in using the Performance Manager ERP module
- Correspond with IT on improving the system input and output, and creating needed reports and adding some features to the Performance Management ERP module
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a long-term relationship with training providers
- Improve the yearly training needs analysis (TNA)
- Manage the in-house training programs (get proposals, select, negotiate and coordinate with AEC employees)
- Manage and supervise a prospective employees training program
- Coordinate cooperative training between AEC departments and Saudi universities
- Coordinate in-house training programs between training providers and employees
- Coordinate individual training programs as requested in the TNA
- Follow up on supervisory evaluation for training courses
- Ensure training facility is equipped as requested by training provider
- Coordinate for the Summer Community Service program (training program for AEC employees’ children in the summer holiday)
Achievements and Initiatives:
- Developed the TNA to best align training activities with business objectives
- Identified common behavioral training needs in a dictionary for line managers to use while preparing their employees TNA
- Evaluated Riyadh-based English training providers (wrote a report comparing different providers and ranking them based on key points)
- Introduced new training providers, both locally and internationally
- Developed the Summer Community Service Program to include self-development course, plus English and PC skills training
- Initiated a long-term relationship with training providers
- Created a database for training providers contacts
- Created a database for training providers profiles, proposals and trainers CVs
- Led the team to update and develop internal policies, processes and forms
- Initiated and coordinated anti-smoke campaign
