• Managed construction claims and extension of time (EOT) requests, including notifications, contract compliance, forensic delay analysis, and formal procedures.
• Oversaw cost control, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring financial efficiency and stability.
• Produced comprehensive reports and presentations, utilizing data visualization and S-curve/histogram production for clear communication of project status.
• Coordinated with subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
• Represented the company professionally, negotiating and corresponding with stakeholders to form strong working relationships and resolve issues.
• Led the Planning and Cost Control functions, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Played a pivotal role in the resolution of 7 legal cases related to project delays and non-payment of dues, providing evidence and support for the litigation team through forensic delay analysis and project control expertise.
