• Oversaw cost control, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring financial efficiency and stability.
• Produced comprehensive reports and presentations, utilizing data visualization and S-curve/histogram production for clear communication of project status.
• Coordinated with subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
• Represented the company professionally, negotiating and corresponding with stakeholders to form strong working relationships and resolve issues.
• Led the Planning and Cost Control functions, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

I established the overall baseline schedule, implemented a customized project controls system, monitored progress to ensure on-time delivery, produced weekly and monthly progress analyses and dashboards, and prepared Extension of Time claims.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Established a comprehensive baseline schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a 3-story car park system and its integration with the overall Dubai Metro system.
• Navigated a 6-month schedule delay due to project de-scoping, redesign, and equipment delivery. Re-sequenced activities and obtained necessary approvals to accelerate remaining workstreams, recovering all delays and completing the project on the revised completion time.
• Tailored and implemented a Thales Global project controls system to monitor progress, costs, risks/issues, and quality.
• Produced weekly reports enabling proactive management of the project.
• Prepared claims for the determination of EOT entitlements

The project was a multiphase redevelopment of Al Khafji Joint Operations Oil Co, a joint venture between Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) and Aramco Gulf Operations Company (AGOC) of Saudi Arabia. Coordinated between all the packages awarded to different contractors, identified the Interfaces between the packages, and integrated the Baseline into the overall project schedule.

• Identified critical interfaces between construction packages and coordinated the baseline with the overall project master plan.
• Collaborated with the project teams, including Client, Consultant, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, and awarded packages to main contractors’ planners for a complete and detailed inclusion of works packages and internal and external requirements.
• Performed detailed cost breakdown of the BoQ elements matching Billing and Invoicing distribution and time domain and aligned with the master plan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Break Down Structure, and Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS)
• Performed monitoring & controlling of project schedule, schedule updates, and progress reporting, ensuring the project stayed on track.

I oversaw the construction of the Sewer Lift Station and Sewer Treatment Plant, supervised renovation works, and most notably initiated the Al Badaieh Sewer Network Project. I was entrusted with assessing work scope, procuring materials, supervising job site implementation, and preparing technical requirements, and collaborating with authorities for work permits.

• Oversaw the construction works for the Sewer Lift Station and Sewer Treatment Plant - Supervised Renovation of existing NCO Accommodation
