I’m responsible to prepare all the vouchers related to all the utilities and handing them to Treasury for payment.
Also i do monthly reconciliation for 3 major accounts.
Also in the time being I’m helping one of the company’s business units to match their invoices with inventory at hand and calculate the tax if the items been bought locally. Also posting a credit note or a debit note if need be.
I’m responsible to control Trade spending, VAT Return preparation, supplier claims,
Local vendors, suppliers and commission payments. LCC booking and releasing goods
for sale. Reconciliation.
