Project: The orphanage project in Riyadh - the Ministry of Social Affairs in Saudi Arabia
a- consists of five administrative and residential buildings and a sports and social building
b - Total area of the project is 8, 859 m², Total cost of the project is 100, 000, 000 SAR .
c- The project's buildings consist of different type of structural system as:
- Ordinary slab and beam system - Flat slab system. - Hollow block slab system.
- Waffle Slab system. (Span from 10 to 17m).
- paneled Beam system (Span up to15m).
- Space Frame system - Reinforced Concrete Frames (Span up to 29 m).
- Different types of foundations as: Isolated footing, strip footing, Raft
footing
- Retaining wall, Water tank, manholes and STP.
- In our scope also we have to review the geotechnical report, site grading, excavation drawing
