Managing all contracts as well as the closing of the Sales
agreements for one of PHD’s Major Projects; the “Golf Views”.
* Responsible for the coordination between clients, Engineering
of Palm Hills Compound in 6th
of October City.
Responsible for all property management services in Palm Hills
compound.
* Responsible for all property management services for
Schlumberger foreign employees residing in Egypt.
Full supervision on the completion of 35 villas at Sandorini Country
Club (64 km. Cairo-Alexandria desert road) and handing over to
main developer as a turn-key sub-contractor.
Full supervision on the finishing stages of residential and
commercial units at Gezerat El Dahab Gardens (Moneeb district).
Meeting with “walk-through” clients visiting Palm Hills
compound for the first time.
* Offering technical support for existing clients of Palm Hills.
* Offering assistance to existing clients of Palm Hills, wishing to
follow-up on progress of their unit.
