• Review transportation accounts
• Extract monthly accounting report from ERP system (Oracle, SAP)

• Follow up the invoices and request of payments under process in the finance department

• Archiving B/Ls
• Implementation of sales plans, Logistics operation reports

• Supervise Housekeeping Team
• Handle correspondences related to cargo or vessel
• Handle procedures of Vessel’s arrival & departure (Ship's agent, port's authority & customs)
• Following up all procedures of stevedoring & Issue all related reports
• Issue cargo documents.
