- Participating in the review and enhancement of the Lending Guidance to Construction Contracting Companies of National Commercial Bank.
- Participating in the review and enhancement of the Real Estate Lending Program of National Commercial Bank.
- Restructuring about USD 27 MM facilities on a proactive manner for one of the accounts; including facilities for real estate, telecom and general construction contracting activities; generating upfront restructuring fee of about USD 0.3 MM and increasing the marginal spread by 1% across the funded facilities.
KPI achievement:
- Khobar-NCB: achieving about 100% of 2015 annual KPI by June 2015.
- Jubail-NCA: achieving about 140% of 2014 annual KPI by increasing performing assets by about 60% and generating about USD 4 MM net profit.
- Reporting to Team Leader (Senior Vice President) on a credit portfolio of about USD 110 MM; and supervising two credit analysts.
KPI achievement:
- Booking new facilities of about USD 54 MM for strategic two names with more than 20 subsidiaries and affiliates; with potential increase of USD 100 MM in the facilities.
- Reporting directly to Senior Credit Officer (Division Head & Assistant General Manager).
Jan 2009 to May 2010:
- Assisting heavily in the management of a remedial credit portfolio of about USD 173 MM.
- On a proactive basis, leading international and regional banks in restructuring process of a syndicated weakening account. This has generated about USD 0.3 MM restructuring fee and marginal spread has increased by 1.25% across funded facilities.
- Liaising with internal and external legal counsels for reviewing, designing and approving facilities agreements and securities.
- Designing and executing Conditional Personal Guarantee.
KPI achievement:

Jan 2008 to Dec 2008:
- Assisting heavily in the management of a credit portfolio of about USD 430 MM generating a net profit of about USD 7 MM.
- Booking new assets from the primary and secondary markets in the MENA.
- Applying for and getting required regulator’s, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, approvals to open bank accounts and to grant facilities to non-resident companies.

Apr 2007 to Dec 2007:
- Reporting directly to Division Head (Assistant General Manager and Credit Officer).
- Assisting heavily in the management of credit portfolio of about USD 100 MM generating a net profit of about USD 2 MM.
- Conducting in depth credit analysis and assisting in the relationship management; including interacting with clients and internal departments.
- On a proactive basis, personally booking USD 267 MM depositary relationship and USD 267 MM brokerage relationship.

Nov 2006 to Mar 2007:
- Attending Samba Professional Program that has about 30 bank courses including Credit Analysis, Accounting Basics, Financial Analysis, Treasury Products, Cash Management Products, Retail Products and Costumer Services.

- Coop-trainee reporting to various management levels including a signing partner.
- Practicing with PwC assurance teams in conducting quarterly reviews and annually audits of clients. This includes auditing the fixed assets, receivable, payable, STL and MTL accounts and supervising the annual stock counts.
