Strategy, Vision, and Leadership
• Serve as the internal leader of the organization. Provide staf with a strong day-to day leadership presence.
• Ensure that the company is adhering to the strategic plan, delivering status reports to the Board. Project manage to efectively communicate work plans and priorities derived from the organization's strategic plan by partnering with senior leaders to follow through with coordinated accountabilities, objectives, and associated budgets.

• Drive Top line Sales for the country stores in line with the Business Plan, minimize & control costs within the budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure that the stores are driven by retail operational excellence to increase the sales and contribution as much as possible in the daily operations (Conversion, ATV & UPT)

• Having the overview over your area being able to support the fast flow of merchandise from one store to the other or to the Warehouse.
