• Responsible for minimizing the company’s financial losses by developing and implementing Collections strategies, policies and procedures
• Responsible to prepare the Collections Departments budget includes the yearly target, assumptions and the Department’s expenses.
• Responsible to set and monitor the monthly collections targets and monitor variances.
• Based on the Monthly Aging, balance confirmations & accounts reconciliations in coordination with the Accounting Dep are to be made with all customers .
• Responsible to prepare and follow up the Financial Claims that will be sent to customers on daily basis.
• Responsible to update the collections system on daily basis.
• Prepares documentation necessary to create the Credit or Debit Memo necessary to true up a customer account.
• Addressing ongoing customer complaints concerning billing or service rendered and works on complaints of service failures with designated departments.
• Hiring and managing members of the team.
• Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.
• Assisting in formulation of specific collection objectives and achievement of same.
• Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys.
• Working closely with the Finance Manager to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients
• Placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers that are past due.
• Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies.
• Handling all matters related to Government’s Accounts Receivables and execut any tasks assigned by the Pharma Sales Director
