To initiate and finalize the recruitment process according to King Fahad Medical City policy and procedure.
Responsible for performing and processing all duties, responsibilities and tasks related to local recruitment, coordinating recruitment with the local & international recruitment offices, and assisting in the selection process. Duties will focus on the maintenance of full staffing of all departments within the Hospital, thus in accordance to the overall Hospital Human Resources plan and in the progressive Saudization of Hospital staff
