Project Engineer

- Generate project plans which define tasks and schedules consistent with the company’s overall objectives
- Prepare product specifications to identify design input and output requirements
- Hold and record design reviews periodically; prepare and maintain product specifications
- Coordinate customer, marketing, and management inputs on engineering projects with the appropriate departments
- Monitor and control schedule and budget of project with a high degree of technical excellence
- Conduct risk assessment and monitor change management, project delivery and closing management
● Preparation of fabrication procedures ensuring its compliance with client standards, procedures
and specifications, issuing work packages and preparing weekly progress
● Plan, supervise and monitor the fabrication process of subsea spools including hydro-testing and
coating in addition to offshore associated structures fabrication
● Analyze and review fabrication schedules, schedule restrictions and challenges to ensure meeting
the completion milestone dates
● Coordinate and oversee the final products loadout and Seafastening operations
● Following up on material deliveries and manage material issuance in a timely manner ensuring
continuity of the fabrication operations
● Coordinate and organize subcontractor’s tasks in involvements throughout the fabrication stage
including following up personnel and equipment approval from Quality Assurance prospective

- Relocate Control Rooms at ZULF GOSP-4, MRJN GOSP-2 & 3 Project - Saudi Aramco
● Generate project scope related installation procedures, engineering drawings, job safety analysis, and readiness/task plans
● Provide engineering inputs for fabrication & welding teams
● Manage, prepare and coordinate equipment, material, consumables, 3rd party certification and
sub-contractors required approval for the project execution
● Supervise installation of onshore/offshore assets
● Interface with clients, subcontractors, logistics, procurement, fabrication & hook-up teams,
vendors and liaise with QC/QA and other departments
● Supervise diving, geotechnical, and geophysical surveys
